Anthi graduated from Edinburgh College of Art, came to Cyprus in 2018 and started working in the service industry. This was the time she decided to combine her love for food and her artistic practice.

She began with a heartfelt mission: to craft abstract tableware pieces that bring a chef's culinary vision to life and capture the unique spirit of family-owned restaurants.

In 2022, Anthi established her ceramics studio and named it Aggos ('Αγγος) which is another ancient Greek word for pot or vessel. Aggos thrives on the relationships we build and one of the main goals today, is to build an artistic community around us.
